What size should I buy?

What are your ordering policies?

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices on www.supersunny.co.nz are listed in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of shipping and international transfer costs. All pricing is inclusive of GST. We accept payment by credit card, bank deposit and PayPal. The three main payment gateways we use are shopify payments and PayPal. These are both secure gateways for online payment and by using this system it means we do not record or collect your credit card details. Your credit card details are processed by our payment processors, eway or PayPal, which are linked to our banks merchant account. It is important to note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal. When you select the credit card option at checkout, this is using the eway processing system. More information about PayPal and it’s services can be found here: www.paypal.com/nz. 

Please note that Super Sunny has no control over any customs or import duties that might be incurred when your package reaches its destination country. This means that you are liable for these costs should they arise.

ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDERS

Please note any orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are in stock. If you require any items in your order urgently you can contact us to arrange to pay for additional shipping.  The remaining pre-order items will then ship at a later date.  Alternatively please create a separate order from your pre-order items.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All items are subject to availability. Some products may only be available to customers in New Zealand due to shipping restrictions. If this is the case, it will specified in the product description.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING PROCESS

Once payment has been received we will confirm your order via the email address you provided during the transaction. We will only ship your products when payment has been received in full.

What is your shipping policy?

Covid-19 and Delays

Please note there are delays with orders shipping out of New Zealand to international countries due to Covid-19 and reduced flight capability. We are unable to refund or cancel orders that have left our distribution centre and are delayed in transit or from being delivered.

New Zealand

We offer free shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $99.00. To qualify for free shipping you must spend a minimum of $99.00 in a single transaction after discounts have been applied.

Our flat rate shipping charges for all nationwide deliveries is $8.50. Please allow a minimum two days for delivery (for rural deliveries please allow a further two days delivery time).

When placing your order we ask that you please ensure your shipping/delivery details are correct as we cannot take any responsibility for lost packages should the wrong details be provided.

Australia

Our flat rate shipping charges for all deliveries to Australia is $24.00 (tracked) for non-bulky items. Please allow a minimum 8-12 days for delivery. Please be aware that you will be liable for any additional taxes/import duties that may incur during transit and/or on delivery.

Worldwide

Our flat rate shipping charges for all deliveries to the rest of the world is $36.00 (tracked) for non-bulky items. Please allow a minimum 8-15 days for delivery. Please be aware that you will be liable for any additional taxes/import duties that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. 

Please note that orders that contain bulky items will be cancelled if the arranged shipping rates have not been paid.

Shipping Timeframes

We will endeavour to ship your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship over the weekend or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will be sent on the following Monday/Tuesday. Should you require your order urgently please contact us.

All order will receive a shipping confirmation that includes tracking information.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us, so we guarantee that your personal information will not be shared with any third parties If you send us an e-mail we will store your e-mail address and the contents of the e-mail. This information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. When we offer contests and promotions, customers who choose to enter are asked to provide personal information. This information may then be used to notify the winners, or to fulfil promotional obligations.

By purchasing with Super Sunny you agree to be added to our email mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link on our newsletter or mailing list emails. Alternatively you can contact us directly at hello@supersunny.co.nz and ask to be removed. 

CONTENT ACCURACY

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of
publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We endeavour to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.
